Sandra Moran

Finance and Administration Manager

Sandra has worked in local development for several years and has managed the finance function for numerous large projects as well as several programmes funded by the HSE, Pobal, Solas, Department of Social Protection and City of Dublin Youth Service Board and EU funded programmes. With her significant budgetary management experience, she has managed budgets worth millions.  Sandra has been involved with the Ballymun Community for over 25 years and has served as Board Member on some local community organisations. Not only has she managed the finance but believes in the power of community and is passionate about empowering people to improve their outcomes and bring about changes to the community and their lives. Her desire to support local causes and her precision and experience are an asset to Innovate Communities.

Her experience with participatory research and co-design approaches aligns with Innovate Communities’ focus on community-driven solutions, and her passion for community storytelling underscores the importance of centering the voices and perspectives of local residents in the work of the organisation.

Mick Creedon is a skilled professional with experience in research, management training, and community development. As Manager of the Ballymun Job Centre, he provides job training and employment services to local residents. With his research expertise, Mick has co-authored reports on unemployment and employer attitudes towards hiring.
