Board Member

As an Australian who emigrated from Brisbane to Belfast (and back again) to “have an adventure” I bring a unique perspective and cross sector skill-set with significant experience in the Australian, UK & Ireland not-for-profit and public sectors. Encompassing a variety of roles including senior leadership, director and co-founder across Education, Youth Work, Health, Housing, Creative Industries, Community Development, Social Enterprise & Innovation.

This includes supporting over 100 for purpose business start ups, social enterprise, and not-for-profit project teams through the ideation, acceleration and scaling innovation journey.

An advocate of ‘listening deeply and treading lightly’ I have seen the power of participatory research, community storytelling & co-design approaches to inspire & deliver local action, movement building & wider systemic change.
