Mary Callaghan brings a wealth of experience to the board of Innovate Communities, with a background in both IT and social impact.

With almost twenty years of experience working for world-class IT companies in Ireland and the UK, Mary has extensive experience in management, innovation, entrepreneurship, sales, training, and marketing. Her background in IT, combined with her work as an executive coach specializing in wellness and performance, makes her an asset to Innovate Communities in its mission to support and empower entrepreneurs and businesses.

Additionally, Mary’s work on a number of boards focusing on creating positive social impact demonstrates her commitment to community development and aligns with Innovate Communities’ focus on community-driven solutions.

A former Deputy Lord Mayor of Dublin, Mary has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a dedication to serving the people of her community. Her affiliation with the Social Democrats Party also underscores her commitment to creating a strong economy, fair society, and honest politics, values that align with Innovate Communities’ mission.
