Our stories
The programme has taught us several things primarily how community involvement plays a key role in the development of any project. Engaging with right stakeholders at the right time and at the right place for the right decision is crucial for development. Involving community as a prime stakeholder can provide valuable insights and feedback, leading to better decision-making and improved project outcomes.

Eamon Ryan, CEO, Social Impact Ireland
"I feel the biggest benefit is that you get to give back to an individual who may have been in a similar situation to you when you were starting out. There is also a lot of value for you, learning from the mentee and developing a really strong relationship. I would highly recommend the programme."
Mark O’Reilly, Founder of Fitvision and INSPIRE Mentor
“I have loved it. It helped me build up contacts and network with people. My mentor encouraged and pushed me through college. I wouldn’t have had the opportunities I now have without INSPIRE Mentoring. I would totally advise a young person to go ahead and sign up for the programme - t’s fantastic!"
Naomi Jeremiah, INSPIRE Mentee
Sustainable partnerships come from shared common values. Working with IC on our shared social enterprise incubator programme demonstrated the benefits of this. At this remarkable time, the opportunity of creating a joint working approach with a like minded organisation to achieve real social impact has proved both inspiring, in what we see the participants striving to achieve, as well as emboldening us both for what we might achieve in the future.”
